How we print light and dark textiles with DTG

With this printing technique, the t-shirt is printed directly and then permanently fixed with heat. The result is a detailed, high-contrast print with bright colors.

Dark t-shirts

With dark textiles, the printing surface is pretreated. It is then printed with white, only then can we print the CMYK. The print is on to the textile, an is very detailed and robust.

White t-shirts

With white or light coloured T-Shirts we can print directly into the cotton. Which makes the T-Shirt comfortable to wear, without a print on the surface.

Wash resistance and sustainability

Our print offers good wash resistance. In addition to the tests carried out by the manufacturer, this is also confirmed by our own experience and many positive feedback from our customers.

The water-based pigment inks we use has been certified with ECO PASSPORT from OEKO-TEX®. It was checked that all ingredients are harmless to human health.

With the GOTS-Certificate (Global Organic Textile Standard) it has been ensured that the inks meet important environmental criteria.
