Terms and conditions

1. Coverage
These terms and conditions are for deliveries and offers. If the offer is accepted the terms and conditions then become valid, the delivery and payment shall, unless otherwise stated either verbally or per telephone. The customer accepts the terms and conditions that are stated here. This also applies to all online orders via email or online with our T-Shirt Designer
2. Quotes
Offers that are based on inaccurate information or documents shall only be based on the relevant price category. Offers are valid for 30 days.
3. Condition of Sale
Until full payment has been received the goods remain our property.
4. Order
The order is either confirmed per email or via online www.dinschrift.ch and is assumed to be accepted. Changes in the order can only be made in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted methods of payment are listed on www.dinschrift.ch. Corporate customers do have the option to open an account with us. A valid commercial register certificate has to be shown.
6. VAT
Our online prices include VAT.
7. Terms of Delivery
Online orders: The delivery time shown on www.dinschrift.ch is given in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). If the item is no longer available, we offer a replacement. If the customer does not agree, the order may be canceled.
8. Deviations from the Digital Press Proof or the Online Preview
We reserve certain deviations in textile printing compared to the print of proof or the preview in the T-Shirt designer. This applies to small colour differences in the garment or printing or different size relationships between prints and T-Shirt. The latter in particular for contracts with various T-Shirts and dimensions accordingly. These deviations result from the production processes and commercial fluctuations.
9. Complaints / Returns
Complaints must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted unless there was a mistake on our part. For returns that are made without our consent, we may not grant credit. Customary and technically unavoidable tolerances in textiles in colour, quality, material, weight and other models are no cause for complaint. Garments that have not been cleaned according to the washing instructions can not be returned.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Because the T-Shirts are custom printed we can not always grant a right of retrn. If you make a mistake when ordering, we ask you to rapidly communicated this to us. If the order has not been executed, it can not be returned.
11. Copyright
The customer is solely liable if third party rights, particularly copyrights are infringed by the execution of an order. The client declares that he or she is holds the duplication and reproduction rights. The Client shall indemnify us against all third party claims for a related violation of law.
12. Place of Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Zurich. Any terms of the Terms and Conditions listed above are wholly or partially invalid, the remaining conditions are in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
