DTF - Direct To Film

Direct to Garment Transfer, known as DTF.

• Detailed and multicoloured printing, color gradients (without the need to raster)
• The Transfer is applied via Heat-press, no pretreatment is needed
• Single batches to large scale production
• Very robust print
• Can be washed to 60°C
• Can print most textiles including cotton, nylon and polyester

With this printing technique, the Transfer is applied with a heatpress on to the textil. It is very robost, non tearing and feels a bit rubbery.

Print Transfers

The transfers are reverse printed onto a special film. Hot-melt adhesive powder is then applied to the transfer.

Heat applied

The transfers are allpied with a heat press, the special glue used melts into the textile. The print is robust.

Higher wash resistance and sustainability

Can be washed to 60°C, tear resistant. No pretreatment is used in the process.

The water-based pigment inks we use has been certified with ECO PASSPORT from OEKO-TEX®. It was checked that all ingredients are harmless to human health.

With the GOTS-Certificate (Global Organic Textile Standard) it has been ensured that the inks meet important environmental criteria.
